• Domains or hosting cannot be used for websites involving betting, investment schemes, or any activities that violate the laws of Bangladesh.
• Hosted websites must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.
• Aetherhost reserves the right to terminate services if a domain or hosted content is found violating these terms or any government regulations.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

By using our domain and hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the services.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

Aetherhost provides domain registration and hosting services to businesses and individuals, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable hosting solutions. Services include domain management, shared and dedicated hosting plans, and built-in API integrations for website management.

PAYMENT AND FEES:

Aetherhost offers multiple hosting and domain packages with varying fees. Users are notified of these fees during sign-up and are responsible for timely payments to maintain uninterrupted services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All services, including hosting infrastructure and software provided by Aetherhost, remain the intellectual property of Aetherhost. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer these services or tools.

DISCLAIMERS:

Aetherhost provides hosting and domain services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and are not liable for any losses resulting from service disruptions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangladesh.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These Terms, including our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement regarding the use of Aetherhost’s domain and hosting services.

AGE ELIGIBILITY:

Individuals aged 18 years or older are eligible to use Aetherhost services. Aetherhost adheres to a strict non-discrimination policy, offering services irrespective of caste, creed, gender, nationality, or other identities.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION:

To maintain an account, users must provide accurate information, including valid National ID or Birth Certificate details. Aetherhost may require additional verification through third parties to confirm user identity.

TERMINATION:

Aetherhost reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to domain and hosting services without notice if users violate these Terms.
